If you are in Obesity here is the basic diet that you should
follow:
# Avoid high carbohydrates like
polished rice, potato, yam & sweet potato
# Avoid oily, fried, and processed
foods; and fatty foods like butter,
cheese, cream & chocolate
# Have more bitter vegetables like
bitter gourd & the bitter variety of
drumsticks
# Replace refined flour with
whole-wheat flour & rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.!!
